EXAMINATIONS AND PROMOTIONS - GENERAL OUTLINE
LEVELS OF ASSESSMENT - THE TERM TEST PROGRAM: The Academic Year is divided into 3 Terms and the Students appear for Term Test after each Term. The Term Test Program is distributed to Students at the commencement of each academic year.
The FINAL MARK at the end of the academic year will be calculated by adding 30 percent of the FIRST TERM MARK to 35 percent of the SECOND TERM MARK and 35 percent of the THIRD TERM MARK.
POLICY ISSUES ON THE TERM TEST PROGRAM - Grades 4 to 8 The FINAL EXAM MARK will be calculated by adding 20 percent of the total Quiz marks to 20 percent of the Homework, Class work and Activities mark and 60 percent of the Term Test mark.
POLICY ISSUES ON THE TERM TEST PROGRAM - Grades 9 to 11 The FINAL EXAM will be calculated by adding 30 percent of the Total Quiz Marks to 10 percent of the Homework, Class work and Activities mark and 60 percent of the Term Test mark.
